• Clients must CURRENTLY be receiving Prenatal Care  
• Appointments are required. At this time we are not doing walk-ins.
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.
• A 24 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED for all cancellations. 
• Friends and family seating is available. We seat up to 10 people.
• There is a 10 MIN GRACE PERIOD for all appts. If you are later than that we can attempt to see you but there may be an extended wait time as clients are seen by appointment time. 

Please make sure to drink plenty of fluids prior to visit in order to help obtain the best pictures. 

Picture quality is dependent on many factors that are not in our control. I understand that quality and quantity of images will depend on baby’s cooperation during the session. 

Payment in full is required at time of initial visit prior to scan.

If we are unable to obtain gender we offer one courtesy rescan for gender only. Any other additional rescans will have a rescan fee of $50 and must be within 2 weeks of original scan.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Zelle, CashAPP, or Apple Pay. 

We are not accepting cash payments at this time.
